RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange as outlined by the terms listed below. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@heynineteentwenty.com to obtain a USPS Return Label.
After receiving the return label, place the item securely in its original packaging and drop your item off at the nearest USPS / Post Office location as soon as you are able.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by NineteenTwenty for Domestic U.S. exchanges only. Items returned for a full refund will be refunded the full cost of the item(s) + tax minus the shipping cost.
Customers returning ordered items from outside of the Domestic U.S. will need to generate the return shipping label using their local post office at their own expense.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note:
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, loss of package, or other delivery issues if you made an error in the shipping information on your order.
If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
● If the seal is found broken you cannot claim a Refund or Exchange.
● Pack the item(s) securely in the package.
● Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition due to extreme odors and other reasons are NOT eligible for a refund / Exchange.
● Must mention proper reason for refund.
● Items returned must be in their original condition unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached.
